Then it's off to throw the Javelin (her favorite event) for the Silver Medal

Next we "Put" the shot - almost ten meters!

And the final event was the "Weight Throw" - where she set a new Personal Record. Yea!

Betty Enjoys a trip to Durango, Colorado for Adaptive Skiing

The Adaptive Ski Program brought another Achilles member to Durango for a week of skiing.

She attended as part of the Madison Kiwanis club yearly trip out west. They do an incredible program out there!!
