Kim's Party November 2007

From our Capt'n Kimmer

To my wonderful Achilles Family ~

I want to Thank You All for the most fabulous and fantastic party ever!!! Thank you for all the hard work you put into it - making it a truly memorable and celebrational night for me, for all of us! The food was A++, just out of this world (special thank you to Adi for making all my favorites). And thank you for all the homemade specialties you all brought, like: pasta salad, almond breads, fruit salads, apples and pears, veggies….I could go on forever.

The 4 dozen red roses and fresh flowers blew me away - for all the planning that went into this - for the incredible Ice Sculpture - for the folks who helped set up the room- picked up tables and chairs - for the video tape you all made for me (I'll be seeing it soon), for the special music you brought me "New York, new York" - that was fun to sing and dance to. And for all of you being there for me - to celebrate - to share stories with - to enjoy an afternoon together - THANK YOU ALL

Kim will be receiving her award at the New York City Athletic Club (yes, that's where they give out the Heisman Trophy!) on October 29th. Kim will remain in New York for the remainder of the week and on November 4th run the New York City Marathon. Go Kimmers!
