Athelete of the Year - a Wonderful Inspiration

Our own Captain Kimmer! Hip Hip Hooray! Kimmer will be honored at the Achilles Track Club's Seventeenth Annual Tribute Dinner in NYC Monday, October 29, 2007.

A quote from a person Michael and I and the kids -- furry and human -- really admired. I am sure he was talking about our Captain Kimmer -

"When the first Superman movie came out I was frequently asked "What is a hero?" …My answer was that a hero is someone who commits a courageous action without considering the consequences… Now my definition is completely different. I think a hero is an ordinary individual who finds strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles.--Christopher Reeve "

Move over Lynda Carter - we have our own "Wonder Woman"!

Great News for Pete

Another clean checkup! Go Pete Go! You are an inspiration.

Kiwis, Nessie, Aussies, and golfing! What a wonderful virtual vacation my humans, Mr. and Mrs. Dolt, told me they had at Barb's and Sherri's Virtual Vacation Extravaganza.

Capitol Mile Run July 29 2007

Molly's: Translation Doggish to English:
My dummy human partners, Mr. and Mrs. Dolt, mixed up the time! They would have been on time if the race were in the Mountain Time Zone and not the Central Time Zone. As you can see, I was in the backseat, already to do my run.

But scroll down and see all the great Achilles athletes who made it on time and did a bowwowrific time! Go Team Achilles! Go!
